  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work primarily overnights (night shifts averaging 10-12 hours)
  • Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home (80% of the time, 17-21 days at a time, to surrounding states or farther)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership in delivering store remodels on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Supervise hourly team members and provide supervision and development opportunities (hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, diversity awareness)
  • Handle escalations and resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns
  • Collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track and minimize impact on store operations
  • Motivate team to meet timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration and teamwork
  • Own execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders
  • Evaluate talent, train and mentor associates, listen to ideas/suggestions/concerns, provide recognition, and identify career paths
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity; support Open-Door Policy
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, implement solutions, monitor progress, capitalize on improvements, and adapt to changes
