Active and unrestricted real estate license
Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to handle Redfin.com customers
Maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM
Work with 100 new customers each year from Redfin, plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Collaborate with dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, team of showing agents, and inside sales team for qualified opportunities, showings, and events
Close deals and earn commissions on Redfin-generated and loyalty customers, with potential for accelerators and top producer perks
