Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Work with Redfin.com customers (100 new customers each year) and clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using the proprietary CRM
Handle home buying and selling processes, leveraging support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team
Close deals to earn competitive commissions, with potential for in-year accelerators and top producer perks
