Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to serve Redfin.com customers
Maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Manage deals and stay in touch with pipeline using proprietary CRM
Handle qualified buyers and win listings with support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team
Close deals with repeat Redfin clients and agent-generated leads to unlock higher commissions and accelerators
