Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to serve Redfin.com customers
Maximize earnings using the Redfin platform by handling Redfin-generated and loyalty customers
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using the proprietary CRM
Work with support from dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team
Handle qualified opportunities booked on your calendar, including showing appointments
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win listings and close deals to earn competitive commissions with accelerators and perks
