Candidates need an active and unrestricted real estate license, 10 or more residential transactions closed in the last 24 months or 20 lifetime (excluding leases), skills in guiding customers through buying and selling, deep market knowledge including trends and pricing, and expertise in home styles, neighborhoods, developments, and contractual language.
