The role is fully remote and requires expertise in AI-powered reporting solutions.
The Radiology Clinical Support Specialist will provide Tier 2 & 3 clinical support to radiologists using Rad AI Reporting, conduct virtual training sessions, and demonstrate AI features. Responsibilities include fixing and optimizing reporting templates, translating workflow needs into product feedback, supporting feature requests, providing go-live support, troubleshooting workflow issues, and collaborating with CMIOs, product, and engineering teams to enhance product features and documentation.
