Requirements

Candidates must possess a University/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in data and analytics, data standards, and governance. The role requires experience in managing end-to-end digital services portfolios and budgets for large, complex businesses, along with a proven track record of successful stakeholder management up to the C-suite level. Demonstrated product management and agile delivery methodologies in Data and Analytics products are essential, as are strong customer focus, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proven people leadership abilities. The ability to understand business needs, execute strategy, manage expectations, and drive technical discussions is also required, with preferred experience in multinational project teams and vendor management. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time without requiring company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director will lead stakeholder engagement with key functional leaders and drive the adoption of enterprise capabilities within the Operating Unit team. Responsibilities include co-creating the annual digital services plan aligned to OKRs, actively managing the digital services portfolio, and owning product leadership for all Data & Analytical products and services for the Operating Unit. The role involves developing business cases for prioritization and funding, contributing to enterprise capability frameworks, and leading data governance and standardization efforts to support streamlined process implementation. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead, develop, and retain a diverse team of data & analytics professionals, working with teams responsible for data mining architectures, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends.
