The Director, Customer Success Programs & Innovation should be a strategic and operational leader with experience in designing, building, and leading scalable customer success programs. They must be able to collaborate effectively with Sales, Support, and Solution Engineering teams and deliver differentiated engagement models based on customer tier. Experience piloting automation and AI solutions within customer success workflows is also required.
This role is responsible for building and leading a Digital Touch program for customers without dedicated CSMs. The Director will design, implement, and optimize a scalable onboarding process and develop a standardized renewals program. They will also serve as the lead for piloting automation and AI across Customer Success workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience, and partner with other departments to align CS programs with customer needs and business goals.
