Candidates must have an advanced STEM degree or up to 1 year of applied experience utilizing programming languages such as SAS and/or Python. Experience with data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, R-Shiny, or similar is required. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience with SAS and/or Python, including coursework, is necessary. Strong analytical, critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Experience with common predictive modeling approaches is also required.
The Quantitative Analyst I will provide quantitative support for the Fraud Reporting and Modeling team, utilizing analytics approaches to report fraud trends, optimize operations reporting, and develop applications as needed. This role involves working cross-functionally with analytics, operations, and other stakeholders, and providing ad-hoc support for operations, strategy, and leadership analytics requests. The individual will follow established guidelines, identify and resolve problems, and contribute to workflow or process change and redesign.
