  • Ability to focus on quality and delivery targets while minimizing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and improving operational efficiency
  • Experience in indirect leadership for the Quality Operations Function

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the Global Quality Operations Strategy and own its implementation within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Conduct quality planning to meet existing customer demand and support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for smooth product launch and ramp to volume
  • Manage enterprise risk management activities, dashboards, and governance models to drive execution
  • Embody the Plexus Culture of Quality by coaching, teaching, and mentoring influencers to make culture a positive differentiator for customers
  • Direct quality maturity and operational excellence assessments, identifying trends, sharing best practices, and driving a continual improvement mindset
  • Drive standard work and process efficiency in APQP, First Article Inspection (FAI), Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA), and Control Plans
