Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college student with an associate degree or above; majors in medical, pharmacy, or related fields are preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic skills in data organization and document editing
  • Able to work at least three days per week (schedule can be flexible based on coursework), and commit to an internship duration of more than five months
  • Good communication and learning ability
  • Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree admissions required (for degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))
  • Requires no or little job knowledge of systems and procedures; 0 years of experience required

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in organizing and tracking documents and records related to product changes, ensuring timely updates and proper archiving to support compliance in quality management processes
  • Collect and organize weekly work reports from team members as required, summarize key data, and assist supervisors in analysis and report writing
  • Gather publicly available information relevant to the quality team (such as industry trends, regulatory updates, product information, etc.), categorize and organize the data to provide references and support for the team
  • Support laboratory maintenance work related to returned products, including sample receipt, registration, placement, and record-keeping, ensuring the laboratory environment and item management are orderly and compliant
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by leadership according to team needs to provide additional support
  • Perform and support research for teams operating within a service group, product group, and/or project group
  • Assist with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned
  • Provide analysis, reporting, and internal communication services with team members
  • Develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes
