Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, proven ability to manage projects with excellence across multiple teams, advanced command of Excel and Google Sheets, strong skills with PowerPoint and Google Slides, and 5+ years of work experience preferred.
PMP certification is preferred, along with Quality Improvement certifications like Lean Six Sigma or IHI Quality Coach. Experience with Tableau, Miro, Jira, and Monday.com is also preferred.
The role reports directly to the VP of Clinical Quality and acts as a right hand to the VP, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
A strong candidate has expertise in value-based care quality initiatives, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
