Requirements

  • Engineering diploma in mechatronics, electronics, or equivalent
  • Experience of 2 years in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
  • Sense of urgency and priority setting
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external deviation or failure to achieve objectives by leading problem-solving groups
  • Study, interpret and apply specific customer requirements
  • Lead the problem-solving process
  • Be responsible for the compliance of product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping
  • Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback by ensuring the application and compliance with customer expectations
  • Monitor the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or deviation by leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to restore the situation
  • Participate in the passage of APQP phases
  • Participate in system release meetings and alert in the event of non-feasibility
  • Participate in process AMDEC analysis meetings
  • Participate in feasibility study meetings
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with monitoring plans
