Requirements

Engineering diploma in mechatronics, electronics, or equivalent
Experience of 2 years in automotive industry
Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
Sense of urgency and priority setting
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Fluent English

Responsibilities

Monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external deviation or failure to achieve objectives by leading problem-solving groups
Study, interpret and apply specific customer requirements
Lead the problem-solving process
Be responsible for the compliance of product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping
Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback by ensuring the application and compliance with customer expectations
Monitor the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or deviation by leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to restore the situation
Participate in the passage of APQP phases
Participate in system release meetings and alert in the event of non-feasibility
Participate in process AMDEC analysis meetings
Participate in feasibility study meetings
Develop, implement and ensure compliance with monitoring plans
