Quality Engineer

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least 4 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering, ideally within a regulated environment. A strong understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards is essential, along with a proven track record in manual manufacturing settings focused on quality assurance and process improvement. Preference will be given to candidates with a solid background in data organization.
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will utilize Lean Manufacturing tools and technologies to enhance value-added work and eliminate waste. They will gather, analyze, and report information to provide meaningful insights, implement and maintain quality control procedures in line with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, and perform inspections and audits for compliance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions is required. Additionally, they will provide guidance and training to production teams, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
