Candidates should possess an completed education and ideally experience in handling chemicals or experience in working in a quality department. Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and Outlook knowledge is required, along with good English and German skills in both spoken and written form.
The Quality Coordinator will prepare and archive analysis certificates (CoA) according to the requirements of specifications for small and large quantities of chemicals. They will create specifications for bulk articles, answer customer inquiries via email, fill out customer questionnaires, and support the creation of quality documents for customers. Additionally, they will support the setup and maintenance of new and existing articles in the inventory program and assist in monitoring purchase quantities according to the REACH regulation, including documentation and analysis.
