We are hiring a tech-savvy and detail-oriented QA Specialist in ABA Therapy to join our US-Clients' Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and compliance of documentation processes that support behavior therapy services. Important Notes for Applicants

• Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), with wired Ethernet connectivity is mandatory. Applicants without this setup cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable backup solution for load shedding and outages is required. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Working Hours: This role requires you to work in USA hours, Mon - Fri, from 9 am to 6 pm EST time (15:00 pm to 00:00 am South African time - subject to change depending on daylight savings).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct NoteGuard reviews and follow-ups with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to maintain documentation accuracy.
• Collect and manage Treatment Plan (TP) signatures.
• Perform audits and quality checks in Learning Tree.
• Support additional QA tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Prior experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or behavioral health is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and pleasant communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
