Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain proactive quality reporting to identify and address quality opportunities, positively impacting the product portfolio and customer experience
  • Partner with a quality assurance specialist to identify quality-related trends from returns, FQC failures, and retail tickets; quantify impact and prioritize resolutions
  • Provide visibility to optical technical standards data for optician compliance in Retail and Customer Experience teams; assist in creating KPIs and target thresholds for quality-driven remakes and returns
  • Manage ongoing reporting and data analytics on non-compliance to Rx order integrity; partner with customer-facing teams to address customer complaints and low NPS
  • Steer quality auditing by identifying products with quality gaps and calculating opportunities to reduce or eliminate them
  • Investigate costs of poor quality and present potential customer and business impacts of low NPS, returns, remakes, exchanges, breakage, and FQC failures to stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally to establish end-to-end quality reporting, integrating upstream and downstream data for actionable, holistic quality metrics
  • Foster a culture of quality assurance across the company using data to showcase customer and business benefits of high-quality products
