  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or higher
  • 8+ years of experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry (online or offline), e.g., cosmetics brands, distributors, wholesalers, beauty MDs, cosmetics information sites, or EC platforms offering cosmetics
  • 3+ years of experience as a team leader or above
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with online beauty EC management (preferred)
  • Experience launching beauty brands (preferred)
  • Experience with branding
  • Experience with offline (e.g., retail) beauty experience
  • Business planning experience
  • Business-level English communication skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop Qoo10 beauty strategies
  • Oversee the overall operation and performance management of the beauty business department
  • Attract and expand partnerships with new beauty brands
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing brands
  • Analyze competitor strategies and develop countermeasures
  • Monitor market trends
  • Collaborate with brands on co-developed products and promotions
  • Analyze promotion results and provide insights
  • Manage MD team members
  • Establish and achieve sales targets
