Requirements

  • Experience in administrative roles and operational management, preferably related to Contact Centers or customer service areas
  • Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (desirable)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (exclusive, including macros and data analysis), MS Office package, and SAP
  • Intermediate/advanced English (desirable); Portuguese nice to have
  • Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite
  • Knowledge of SQL
