Recent graduates or students graduating in May/June 2025 with a strong academic record from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related discipline
Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
Familiarity with software testing tools and techniques
Understanding of Oracle Finance applications (plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proactive learner eager to develop skills in QA for Oracle Fusion Payables Module
Team player who can collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

Collaborate with QA leads and functional consultants to understand business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Payables
Help in preparing test plans, test cases, and test scripts specific to the Payables module
Perform manual functional testing on Oracle Fusion Payables workflows (e.g., invoice creation, approvals, payments, supplier management)
Validate integration points with other Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, General Ledger)
Collaborate with developers and functional teams to reproduce and resolve bugs
Participate in regression testing for new releases, patches, and configuration changes in Oracle Fusion Payables
Validate the accuracy of data entered and processed through the Payables module
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by verifying transactional data
Help in preparing test environments and creating or maintaining test data for various testing scenarios
Follow QA best practices, standards, and processes; participate in training sessions or workshops related to Oracle Fusion and QA methodologies
Assist in the testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements
Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and defects
Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality
Help in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using bug tracking tools
Support the development of automated test scripts where applicable
Generate test reports and provide insights on testing progress and results
