Able to demonstrate sound knowledge on Laboratory testing/practices and Equipment usage

Responsibilities

Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and follow safety rules and Regulations where applicable and help maintain good housekeeping (Quality Assurance Division)
Inspection and release of raw materials and packaging material
Carry out stability and routine finished product testing as assigned
Ensure all documentation work duly and accurately completed and maintained in all activities
Carry out analytical tests assigned and report any deviations of analytical results and faults in instruments to QC Executive / QAM
Calibrate all equipment as per schedule and document results appropriately
Assist QA Manager and QA Executive in Annual stock verification, validation of methods, cleaning, Processes and equipment
Conduct relevant tests and record and report results on water samples submitted by Maintenance Division
Work as Operational Quality person on assigned days
Attend to supplier complaints pertaining to raw material/packing material
Assist QA executive/manager in laboratory goods purchasing
Assist QA executive/manager in reviewing of specifications/SOPs
Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and follow Safety rules and Regulations where applicable (Microbiology Division)
Attend to testing work pertaining to Raw Material / Environment / Water / equipment as & when necessary
Test of Liquid products and Tablets and ensure release of same in a timely manner by avoiding undue delays
Monitor and record air quality for microbes and particles in all relevant areas in the site
Calibrate equipment as per schedule and document results appropriately (Microbiology Division)
