Oversee development and execution of detailed launch plans for Industrial Solutions projects, ensuring purchasing activities align with timeline and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams via weekly global meetings to align project goals, requirements, milestones, and track supplier progress
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure launch readiness
Monitor purchasing-related milestones and deadlines, track progress, identify delays/issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure project stays on schedule
Escalate issues appropriately to BorgWarner Senior Leadership
