Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies considering market trends and vendor situations
Conduct category-specific spend analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities
Select vendors and conclude contracts (including negotiations on payment terms, contract duration, NDA, etc.)
Manage the entire P2P (Procure to Pay) process and collaborate with related departments (finance, legal, business units, etc.)
Operate internal procurement guidelines and approval flows
Initiate and drive new sourcing projects and business efficiency improvements (e.g., global tools, RPA introduction)
Coordinate and build consensus with internal stakeholders, and communicate procurement policies
Commit to and execute annual cost reduction targets
Lead issue identification and improvement proposals
Contribute to mentoring juniors and the organization's mid-to-long-term growth
