The Purchasing Administrator will support the purchasing manager by performing data entry in Cheftec, including invoice and inventory item management, and conducting inventory counts. Responsibilities include managing the AP process for Food & Beverage, setting up new vendors, coding and filing invoices, and communicating with vendors and internal teams. The role involves assisting with beverage ordering, inventory control, ensuring accurate delivery of goods, processing liquor breaks, reconciling credit cards and expense reports, and placing orders via D365 POs. Additionally, the administrator will support F&B outlets during service, conduct ad hoc data collection and reporting, and manage a team of 4-5 employees, including hiring, training, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
