Requirements
Candidates should have experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or complex company, experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting processes and systems, exceptional attention to details, strong analytical and prioritization skills, the ability to work independently and proactively manage their own work, and a problem-solving mindset. Detail-oriented experience working in invoicing, expense reports, and payments in a high-volume transactional business is required, along with basic accounting knowledge and adherence to strong internal controls. Experience with AP Automation tools, Coupa, and/or SAP is a plus, and fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The Purchase to Pay Analyst will primarily ensure timely statutory and vendor payments through SAP and other platforms or tools, manage payment queries and assist the business with problem-solving, and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, independently solving problems as they arise. They will also audit expense reports and corporate credit card program, manage vendor invoices ensuring timely and accurate entries into Coupa/SAP with proper approvals, collaborate on process documentation and documentation of issues, and report to the Senior Manager Purchase to Pay within the Finance team.
