This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Purchase to Pay Analyst within our Global Finance Team.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech startup or complex company.
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting processes and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in high-volume invoicing, expense reports, and payments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proficient communication skills for interacting with partners, vendors, and internal colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate on process documentation and document issues as they arise.
  • Experience with AP Automation tools, Coupa, and/or SAP is considered a plus.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and adherence to strong internal controls. General ledger experience, and aptitude for analysis and reporting are a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Primarily:

  • Ensure timely statutory and vendor payments through SAP and other platforms/tools.
  • Manage payment queries and assist the business with problem-solving.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and independently resolve issues.
  • Handle tasks of high complexity, researching and documenting support for conclusions.

Secondary:

  • Audit expense reports and the corporate credit card program.
  • Manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entries into Coupa/SAP with proper approvals.
