Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. They must understand PE (Group 3) operations in Ukraine, including registration, reporting, and basic tax compliance. Proficiency in processing invoices and contracts, along with confident use of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, data validation), is required. Basic knowledge of accounting/HR systems is necessary, with PeopleForce being a plus. Sufficient English proficiency for handling invoices and contracts is also essential. Soft skills include accuracy, attention to detail, responsibility, prioritization, structured communication, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Accountant will assist in managing employees as PE, covering registration, reporting, and tax compliance. They will process invoices, contracts, and related reporting, and check documents and basic financial data. The role involves supporting the transition to the PeopleForce task manager for financial employee tasks and collaborating with Eleken’s accountant and HR team.
