At least 2 years of experience in procurement administration and/or customer service desk
Affinity with SAP, especially invoice workflows
Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask
Proficient in both Dutch and English

Responsibilities

Handle purchase requests for internal customers at the Weesp site, including expert advice on procurement options, alternatives, order sizes, and market developments
Create and process requisitions in SAP, including data entry, verification, budget details, and documentation
Monitor orders for timely delivery; follow up with suppliers and inform internal customers
Create, send, and track Purchase Orders in SAP based on approved requisitions
Coordinate supplier complaints via the complaint portal and ensure timely resolution
Implement process improvements in collaboration with team members
Troubleshoot invoice issues with Accounts Payable
Ensure approvals from budget holders and other approvers within agreed SLA
