Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree from a top-tier Business or engineering school and have over 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or start-up. Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required, along with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for consumer products and/or gaming is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Publishing Manager will create a strong local network of studios in the SEA market, acting as the face of Voodoo. They will partner with top local studios, manage games throughout their entire lifecycle from ideation to scale, and work exclusively with 15 studios on ideation, prototypes, and prototype iterations. This role involves owning multiple game launches and their product roadmaps each quarter, including game P&L, and serving as a key part of Voodoo's front line in product management and games publishing.
