Position Overview

Team

The Gaming team at Voodoo comprises experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and midcore gaming. The 'Core' games team collaborates with internal and external studios globally to create, develop, and launch new hit games. The 'Live' games team focuses on enhancing engagement for existing successful games. Voodoo is the largest and most successful hybrid publisher globally, with over seven billion downloads and a portfolio of hybrid games each targeting over $100 million annually. Within the Core division, Publishing supports studios worldwide in creating and launching hybrid-casual hits.

Role

You will be part of a small, high-performing team with the following primary responsibilities:

  • Network Development: Establish a strong local network of studios and represent Voodoo in the SEA market.
  • Studio Partnerships: Forge partnerships with leading local studios.
  • Game Lifecycle Management: Manage games throughout their entire lifecycle, from ideation to scaling.
  • Studio Collaboration: Work exclusively with 15 studios on ideation, prototypes, and prototype iterations.
  • Product Ownership: Own multiple game launches and their product roadmaps each quarter, including game P&L.
  • Frontline Contribution: Act as a key player in Voodoo's product management and games publishing efforts.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a top-tier Business/Engineering school.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Top-tier consulting firm, Top-tier Investment Banking, Start-up).
  • Ability to work autonomously and a drive to build a business from the ground up.
  • Ambition and a desire to grow with the business.
  • Passion for consumer products and/or gaming.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
  • A passion outside of work (e.g., art and crafts, music).
