Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for a strategic portfolio of EMEA mobile app publishers (both Western and Eastern European). Drive performance growth, retention, and manage the complete client lifecycle from onboarding and integration through troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation
  • Provide expert strategic guidance and daily support to ensure publishers maximise their success and revenue potential with Digital Turbine
  • Analyse account data to identify growth opportunities, deliver clear, actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders, and lead upsell initiatives for new Digital Turbine products and integrations
  • Partner effectively with internal teams (Sales, Engineers, Product, Legal, Finance) to manage account setup, optimisation, QA, invoicing, and to swiftly resolve technical and business challenges, keeping clients informed throughout
  • Share knowledge, trends, and case studies with the wider organisation to foster best practices and ensure continuous improvement
