Requirements

  • 3 years or more of work experience, with rich gaming experience; preference for those with experience in influencer promotion, video, live streaming, or fan content creation
  • Keen sense of games and entertainment, skilled at capturing innovative formats and content topic hotspots
  • Strong operational awareness, logical thinking ability, and data analysis skills
  • Familiar with overseas influencer cultivation, content formats, and platforms; able to independently complete promotion plans and implementation
  • Preference for experience managing North American influencers
  • Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, including their mechanics and recommendation algorithms is a plus
  • Strong stress resistance, self-driven ability, strong sense of responsibility, and team collaboration spirit

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for influencer promotion and content marketing for game products in global markets
  • Analyze target market user content needs, formulate overall KOL strategies, plans, and content operation schemes
  • Leverage global influencers, MCNs, mainstream platform channels; plan promotion schemes and execute them, ensuring activity goals align with project goals, ultimately accountable for product acquisition and retention
  • Explore and build overseas game KOL ecosystem, continuously identify and nurture high-potential KOLs, and iterate optimization based on multi-project practices
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams, channel partners, and regional teams to expand content distribution channels and discover emerging promotion methods
