Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or account management within the technology or education sectors, along with prior experience utilizing CRM solutions such as Hubspot. They must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills through various channels, including email, video demos, and audio calls, and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, and candidates should embody Wonderschool’s core values of Delight Customers, Be Scrappy, and Be a Driver.
The Provider Onboarding Manager will deliver an excellent Provider experience by managing the onboarding process, training and onboarding Providers to the Wonderschool suite of products, supporting new Providers in their journey to opening and licensing, and helping Providers grow their businesses. They will also track provider journey within CRM (Hubspot), work closely with sales, customer support, and engineering to report issues and bugs, and empower Providers to become self-starters and adept users of Wonderschool’s products.
Connects parents with childcare providers
Wonderschool connects parents with quality preschools, daycares, and in-home childcare programs. The platform works by recruiting and training childcare providers through a 12-week program, even if they lack prior licensing. This training helps providers gain the skills needed to run successful childcare programs and assists them in obtaining the necessary licenses and meeting health and safety standards. Unlike many competitors, Wonderschool offers a subscription-based service that provides childcare providers with tools like automated billing, parent communication portals, and ongoing professional development. The goal of Wonderschool is to simplify the childcare process for both parents and providers, ensuring high-quality care while reducing administrative burdens for providers.
