Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in administration, business or related area, or equivalent experience
Minimum one to three years of experience in office administration or related areas
Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc)
Willing to travel 25% and work in Hybrid work environment

Responsibilities

Closes plant modules (MODS) in Reflections
Runs the plant P&L and other financial reports
Assists with inventory issues in the system and participates in inventory counts as needed
Works closely with plant management to assist with their staffing needs
Posts jobs and screens applicants
Manages temporary agencies and employees
Ensures compliance with pre-employment drug test screening
Oversees the new hire and orientation process
Ensures all new hires have access to the Employee Self-Service system and complete their benefits enrollment
Ensures employees have access to IPay to view and print their paystubs
Ensures Empower is closed on time and payroll information is communicated to the corporate HR Administration group on time and accurately
Identifies, researches, and resolves Administrative problems and opportunities
Assists/troubleshoots Accounting functions in accordance with established procedures and Company policy
Cross-trains and fills in as necessary for Admin Personnel
Reviews Internal Control Checklist with Management
Ensures the plant complies with Federal, State, and Company personnel laws and regulations, and HR policies and practices
Distributes and posts communication pieces and materials throughout the office and the plant as necessary
Ensures the plant provides HR support and assistance to employees
Prepares and projects cash flows and requirements
Ensures all personnel documents are scanned into OnBase to be filed on the employee's personnel file
Completes special projects as needed
Performs other duties as required
