Requirements
Candidates should possess previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or other relevant roles, a degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate, strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, financial modeling experience preferred, analytical experience and the ability to think independently, familiarity with FileMaker Pro and skills in internet searching, knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, great attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
The Property Valuation Assistant will research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the collected data, conduct external interviews with brokers and other industry professionals to gather data, write detailed analyses supporting findings, analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, create financial models to assess property performance and returns, research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals, prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients, and assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
