Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to newly acquired buildings and existing property operations teams by managing and executing timelines, budgets, and projects
  • Act as an extension of the property leadership team, providing leadership and people-related support during leadership shortages, process rollouts, and property performance initiatives
  • Train and project manage on-site operations teams in logistics for transitioning properties, such as accepting units, coordinating FF&E and OS&E, and executing Placemakr Customer Experience standards
  • Provide hands-on executional support throughout property lifecycles
  • Bridge communication across Property Operations and non-property teams to relay issues, questions, changes, and needs during transitionary periods and ongoing operations
  • In partnership with the Manager, Property Support, set up processes and structure to make on-site operations seamless
  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks related to on-site stand-up, wind down, or ongoing operations projects, including staffing gaps and rollout of new initiatives
  • Facilitate trainings for new team members on property operations and leadership teams at various levels
  • Execute on and support development of SOPs
