The Property Management Assistant will provide excellent customer service to tenants via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish, assisting with tenant inquiries and concerns and serving as the point of contact for tenant issues. They will also assist with rent collection efforts, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and provide responsive customer support to tenants and landlords, addressing property-related questions and helping to resolve maintenance or administrative issues.
