Requirements

  • Recent graduate eligible for a 2-year fixed-term graduate programme
  • Interest in property specialisms including store design and planning, cost and programme management, and implementation
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office (Asda House), plus potential additional requirements for site visits to stores, suppliers, or depots
  • Availability to commit to 37.5 hours per week in a full-time, permanent graduate (fixed-term) role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotations across Property function specialisms: store design and planning, cost and programme management, and implementation
  • Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of Property projects through site visits across Asda's retail and distribution estate
  • Collaborate with teams including Store Design and Planning, Implementation, and Commercial/PMO to support store builds, upgrades, asset replacements, and efficient project delivery
  • Work with contractors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver projects cost-effectively
  • Undertake an external qualification relevant to area of interest/experience, supported by senior mentors, buddies, and internal development
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment focused on customer and colleague needs
