Requirements

Recent graduate eligible for a 2-year fixed-term graduate programme
Interest in property specialisms including store design and planning, cost and programme management, and implementation
Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office (Asda House), plus potential additional requirements for site visits to stores, suppliers, or depots
Availability to commit to 37.5 hours per week in a full-time, permanent graduate (fixed-term) role

Responsibilities

Participate in rotations across Property function specialisms: store design and planning, cost and programme management, and implementation
Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of Property projects through site visits across Asda's retail and distribution estate
Collaborate with teams including Store Design and Planning, Implementation, and Commercial/PMO to support store builds, upgrades, asset replacements, and efficient project delivery
Work with contractors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver projects cost-effectively
Undertake an external qualification relevant to area of interest/experience, supported by senior mentors, buddies, and internal development
Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment focused on customer and colleague needs
