Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly policy sales targets
  • Discover needs of pre-qualified insurance shoppers
  • Overcome sales objections and close sales over the phone
  • Cross-sell related insurance products
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and script comfortability outside of scheduled shifts
  • Accurately record all required information in the agency management platform
  • Communicate regularly with the management team to discuss performance and suggest system/software improvements
