Prop and Set Fabrication Lead at MrBeast

The Prop and Set Fabrication Lead will supervise and coordinate on and off-site set construction activities, including the creation of props and built environments. They will collaborate with production, camera, and creative departments to provide cost and time estimates and feasibility studies, ensuring all sets meet safety standards. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, developing time schedules, ordering materials, managing construction efforts, researching design details, producing mockups for director approval, performing quality assurance, making day-to-day construction decisions, and elevating issues to executive leadership. The lead will also act as the point of contact for construction vendors and contractors, brief crews on set safety and operation, and provide daily progress reports.
