Responsibilities

Onboard carriers to the platform using creativity to solve unique and changing problems and decide integration methods
Lead carrier calls, set follow-up tasks, and action items
Navigate and understand enterprise-level software, diagnose and solve complex technical and operational problems
Understand customer and company business objectives to determine and execute carrier onboarding and compliance goals
Provide regular updates on onboarding and compliance progress to customers, including direct interaction, presentations, and decisions on work prioritization
Maintain clear, updated, and accurate records in CRM and other internal documentation
Identify and implement best practices for capturing and utilizing visibility data
Engage carriers to improve operations and tracking quality through proactive account management
Monitor data and collaborate with carriers and shippers to resolve issues promptly
Provide regular updates on implementation progress and challenges
Coordinate with customers and support teams to prioritize issue resolution
Act as liaison with carrier onboarding teams to enhance experience
Manage carrier dependencies to accelerate adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to streamline processes and improve the product
Complete strategic projects as assigned and collaborate to achieve company and department OKRs
Act as a stakeholder and voice for Operations and carriers, providing product feedback and serving as a product subject matter expert
Achieve individual quarterly OKRs and KPIs
