Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects. Demonstrated expertise in network infrastructure, including microwave and common facilities, as well as data center technologies such as compute and storage, is essential. A strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, proven ability in leading iterative deployment strategies, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities are required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in utility or energy sector projects and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications.
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, focusing on network infrastructure and data center technologies, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Key duties include developing detailed project plans, implementing iterative deployment strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for project communications, monitoring and mitigating project risks, driving adoption of project management best practices, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing mentorship to junior project managers.
