Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Master’s degree in IT Management (preferred)
12+ years of experience managing technology projects, with a strong focus on banking (mandatory)
Proficient in Agile and traditional methodologies: PMI, Scrum, Kanban, RUP
Proficient in project financial management
Proficient in process automation
Proficient in requirements analysis and documentation
Certifications (preferred): PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL
English / Spanish (bilingual) mandatory
+8 years of experience
Available for on-site work in Lima
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities

Lead the expansion project, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet agreed deliverables
Define project objectives and key deliverables
Develop and manage the project timeline and key milestones
Monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of implemented improvements
Conduct user interviews to understand behaviors and expectations
Ensure the project follows an agile and efficient methodology
Prepare regular progress reports highlighting achievements and challenges
