Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or an equivalent discipline
  • Multiple years of experience in project management with skills adaptable to various methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) in a global, regulated B2B industry
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and vendor management skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet) and digital ecosystems (Microsoft Word, Teams, Loop, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, diverse teams in creative, technical, and strategic initiatives
  • Ability to travel 20% overnight within the United States and Europe
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 25lb

Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing strategy into executable project streams across brand, demand, digital, and web
  • Define and manage marketing workflows, including concepting, development, approvals, deployment, and debrief
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, product, media, web, analytics) and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Manage implementation timelines and integrations for marketing projects
  • Identify blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate issues promptly
  • Manage the full marketing project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and oversee all related tools and technologies
