Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, superior time management, planning, and organizational abilities, competence with specific computers and enterprise applications including office productivity tools, proven analytical skills, and demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies are required. The ability to perform multiple tasks effectively is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will provide tactical support for client-facing projects, manage project performance with an emphasis on financial management and client communications, and offer internal consultation on project management issues. They will identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements, escalate risks to project timelines and financial objectives, and oversee study initiation. Responsibilities include understanding protocol language, preparing for and facilitating meetings, coordinating stability launches, maintaining project set-up and sample test scheduling, evaluating project timelines and deliverables, and supporting contract management. The role involves managing project financials, including projections, forecasts, and revenue recognition, while adhering to client budgets and utilization targets. Additionally, the Project Manager will assist with internal and external communications, manage study documents and testing directives, support contract review processes, provide training to junior program managers, and participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
