Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team on study objectives and client requirements for survey execution
  • Set up high-quality questionnaires, coordinate the translation process, and verify the quality of all surveys before field launch
  • Create online study setups using data platform software
  • Act as the point of contact for the sales team on survey setup, product testing, concept logistics, and data collection
  • Coordinate, communicate, and document all research study information, deadlines, and changes while managing schedules
  • Create study materials for external providers and monitor interview progress
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high quality of data, aligned with Bases standards
  • Monitor all live studies daily to identify any field issues early
  • Resolve issues to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Communicate with internal and external team members to address concerns, discuss timeline revisions, or other adjustments during fieldwork
