Requirements

3+ years of development and project management experience within the Life Science or Pharmaceutical sectors
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
Skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines
Competence in reviewing and evaluating qualitative program aspects with the owner and verifying program conformance with project goals
Ability to easily establish partnerships and serve as a liaison between the client and design and construction professionals

Responsibilities

Initiate and manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
Draft, review, communicate, negotiate, and enforce contractual documents for design, construction, and consultant professionals
Direct and monitor project budget and schedule, including updating and maintaining web-based project controls
Create meaningful analysis of budgets and schedules and their effect on the financial objectives of the project
Oversee and review the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents
Effectively establish, direct, and/or document project meetings
Successfully engage with clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors
