Requirements

  • 3+ years of development and project management experience within the Life Science or Pharmaceutical sectors
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
  • Skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines
  • Competence in reviewing and evaluating qualitative program aspects with the owner and verifying program conformance with project goals
  • Ability to easily establish partnerships and serve as a liaison between the client and design and construction professionals

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
  • Draft, review, communicate, negotiate, and enforce contractual documents for design, construction, and consultant professionals
  • Direct and monitor project budget and schedule, including updating and maintaining web-based project controls
  • Create meaningful analysis of budgets and schedules and their effect on the financial objectives of the project
  • Oversee and review the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents
  • Effectively establish, direct, and/or document project meetings
  • Successfully engage with clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors
