Requirements

Degree in Chemical, Food, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or other related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale project management within the beverage and food industry
Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment and systems, as well as unit operations in industrial processes
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (viewers). Experience with SAP is a plus
Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, within Brazil and across the Americas (South, Central and North)
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Take ownership of large and complex projects from contract handover from Applications to Execution until final sign-off
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specification, on time, and within budget
Work with management to prepare financial reports and deliver revenue targets
Apply DBS tools to improve processes and solutions in the Project Management Team
Coordinate and execute all scheduling activities included in the projects of the BU under your management
Act as project manager/project sponsor for complex, large-scale projects executed across Americas
Take ownership for key commercial/execution KPIs
Consult the Sales and Execution organization on critical contract execution issues
Mitigate risk and resolve critical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Perform cross-departmental coordination with all other departments and teams involved, particularly the F&B service organization
Work in a multinational and interdisciplinary team and travel on a need basis to project sites
Communicate effectively on complex technical/engineering issues at the highest level, both internally at Pall and with customers
