Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met
Act as key communicator, providing clear guidance and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate customer meetings and proactively highlight value-driven portfolio benefits
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate and drive project execution
Manage and update project information, ensuring stakeholders and purchased services are fully leveraged
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency with stakeholders using tools like Smartsheet
Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date project documentation
Provide timely and accurate project updates in Salesforce on a weekly basis
Continuously monitor, manage, and proactively mitigate risks and issues; adapt strategies as needed
Effectively manage escalations and related communication
Immerse in SailPoint's offerings, structure, and tools in first 30 days; shadow projects
Take full ownership of customer projects by 90 days; drive discussions, set expectations, optimize workflows
By 6 months: Manage scope, build client relationships, handle escalations, propose process improvements, serve as primary point of contact
By 1 year: Complete and launch projects successfully
