Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field with 7-10 years' experience, or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
PMP certification preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
Strategic vision and foresight to develop and communicate a clear vision, anticipate trends, and align team efforts with long-term objectives
Ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues through knowledge sharing, guidance, and career development support
Influential leadership skills to inspire others, build relationships, and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support to ensure project management processes and activities meet standards
Conduct project analyses, perform data analysis, and develop and implement project plans
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address project issues, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions
Train and mentor project management staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
Develop project plans and timelines
Identify project goals and objectives
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Ensure project stays within budget and meets deadlines
Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor and address any issues that may arise

Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
Facilitate meetings and maintain meeting minutes
Prepare and present project reports to leadership
