Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field with 7-10 years' experience, or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
  • Strategic vision and foresight to develop and communicate a clear vision, anticipate trends, and align team efforts with long-term objectives

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure project management processes and activities meet standards
  • Conduct project analyses, perform data analysis, and develop and implement project plans
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address project issues, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions
  • Train and mentor project management staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
