Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager in technology infrastructure projects in industrial environments or new plant constructions
Demonstrable experience in comprehensive project management (planning, budget, suppliers, deliverables)
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructures: networks, servers, storage, OT connectivity, cybersecurity, technical rooms, etc
Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, facilities, operations)
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments (GMP, GxP) highly valued
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage under pressure and results-oriented
Autonomy, analytical thinking, and collaborative approach
High level English (C1 or higher), essential
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
Valuable certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2®, ITIL® or equivalents (not mandatory); IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead the complete IT infrastructure project for the new site (networks, communications, datacenter, OT systems, security, etc.)
Coordinate integration between engineering, construction, operations, and technology areas
Manage suppliers and contractors involved in implementing IT solutions and physical infrastructures
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for the pharmaceutical sector (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, validations, etc.)
Supervise project planning, budget, quality, and risks, reporting progress to program management
Participate in defining technical and security requirements for facilities and systems
Ensure proper commissioning and handover to IT operations
